With the guidance from his mentor Mr. Herbert Bohnen (Sugar Confectionery Master), Chris Hua developed the flavoured pastes, incorporating all functionary ingredients together with top note flavours.
They conducted research and development together for 5 years. With Mr. Herbert Bohnen’s endorsement, Alliance Ingredients Company Limited was established.
